Jenny Woo is a social media strategist and production leader with a passion for marketing and operations.

In 2022, she co-founded Ghost Agency with Nicole Rechtszaid. At Ghost, Jenny oversaw strategy and content operations, designing and maintaining workflows and cross-functional communications. The boutique agency scaled impactful campaigns, video deliverables, and daily livestreams for brands like Educational Insights, Wyze, Alo Yoga, and HarperCollins. In Q4 2024, Ghost remained in the Top 15 of all TikTok Shop Partners based on client success.

Before launching Ghost, Jenny produced content strategies and deliverables for The Property Brothers, e.l.f. Cosmetics, Universal Studios Hollywood, and more.

Today, Jenny continues to pursue growth and innovation in the social media marketing space, helping brands streamline content operations and strategize growth.
