In 2022, she co-founded Ghost Agency with Nicole Rechtszaid. As one of TikTok Shop’s Top 15 agency partners, Ghost Agency helped brands like Educational Insights, Wyze, Alo Yoga, and HarperCollins excel in the social commerce space. At its peak, Jenny and Nicole made the strategic decision to close Ghost Agency, transitioning toward opportunities in global enterprises and innovation to further their passion for digital media.
Before launching Ghost, Jenny developed social strategies for The Property Brothers, produced shoppable and entertainment livestreams for e.l.f. Cosmetics, and managed high-visibility Twitch and Facebook live events for major brands. With a background in film and television, Jenny spent over a decade overseeing camera departments and media workflows, refining her expertise in production and operational efficiency.
